No movement after v250 - Order Freeze - any way to check ?

Hi, I had placed the order on march 20 2022 and I had the same march allocation.
As per the dealer, April production and may shipping and may end delivery.

But the order freeze status shows since April 10 - v250 status code.

I know, v270 is the production ended and car shipped status.
But the status still shows v250 to the dealer.

Is there anyway to know exactly what's going on ?
Anyone here who work for Porsche factory ?

l I'm afraid your dealer was just BSing you.

March order for May delivery? That only happened pre-pandemic if you happened to put in an order right before lock date.

Maybe other more recent owners can chime in but just judging by reading some of the posts here, expect your car in about 8-10 months

For UAE DUBAI - its always been 3 months delivery only.
Once order is freeze, then production happens in 10-15 days.
Then shipping takes 10 days for Germany to UAE Dubai port.
So, mostly always 3 months - people get the delivery easily.

Indias customers are getting their orders in 2 months only.
Seems something is fishy about Porsche.

They are delivering quick to the region where they can charge more.
Indians pay twice of what USA customer pays , in fact more than 2x price

Christ, I'm moving my business to the UAE and finding some Indian customers!

Jokes aside, I have been long thinking about this where there is low corp tax and the region is prepared to pay more for goods and services. Win, win, win.

So are you saying that Porsche has a system where allocations are primarily made in priority to where the company makes the most profit?

Hence, if a load of people in Dubai suddenly put orders in, then people in other countries would get pushed back?

Side note:
I am also aware of gangs stealing cars in the UK to ship to Dubai. Wonder if that is for extra markup?

From my observations and stats checking,
USA and CANADA - 6-8-12 months timeline
UAE and EUROPE - 3-4 months timeline
INDIA - same 3-4 months timeline, but customers have received their cars in 2 months already this month and last month. So, something is wrong for sure!

I don't think your Europe times are correct.
I think it's currently more like 6m-18m from what I have seen on here.

I didn't know it was even possible for Porsche to build a car and ship it to India in 2 months!

Anyways, all we need to know what's exactly happening at Porsche factory!
Feb and March allocated orders, should have already been produced by now.
But there is no way to know what's going on.

UK is averaging 11-18 months based on other forum members (and my own dealer: 12-15 months).

Europe doesn't seem to be averaging at 4 months either, and certainly not with the commodity squeeze and then Ukraine.

For UAE its always been 3 months only order to delivery.
Only during the war, it was extended by 6 months close, or else, its regular timeline is 3-4 months at Max

factory isn't shut!
Many productions are over in last 1-2 weeks also, many have shown updates that their production is over this week.

That means, factory isn't closed for sure.

My build completes tomorrow, so factory is definitely open.
