October Deliveries

Hey folks, joining the support group.

I've got a GTS sedan on order that's allegedly delivering in Oct, though I won't be surprised to see a delay.

TYD is showing some weird info for me though - on my main account page, my order recently switched to step 2 "your vehicle is now scheduled for production", which made me briefly optimistic that things are moving forward!

But if I click "track your dream", it's still sitting on "Order created", with the "Scheduled for production" step still showing a planned date of July 15. Freeze date is also still a week and a half out, supposedly. Anybody seen that kind of discrepancy?

I didn't see this message before lol I'm currently deployed so when I made my account I was on Spanish servers and I just haven't changed it back yet.

Anyone had issues with TYD pushing out the freeze date along with all the other days when the build gets updated? My freeze date was originally mid June when I first got the allocation with a 9/30 delivery. I had my SA update the build for a few things about a month ago and that pushed the freeze date along with everythjbg else out by a week. He updated the build again two weeks ago to add PECLA delivery and the freeze date got pushed to mid July.

I haven't had that issue. Although that may be because the changes I wanted to make to my build got rejected by Porsche so technically nothing changed.

Wondering if this happened with me, since I switched my color after TYD came online. But like you, I did it well before the freeze date. Regardless, my delivery date got pushed back 2 weeks and I have not made any other changes.

When they moved it back two weeks, the freeze date stayed the same. It only changed when my car got pushed back from August to October.

Anyone else get notified that your car has now entered phase 2? It's "scheduled for production" on TYD but it says that is supposed to happen 7/29. I have no idea what's going on at this point.

Nevermind - I see @minstril had the exact same experience.

Has anyone's freeze dates been steadily moving to the left? My original freeze date was July 7th, but it's randomly been pulled to....tomorrow seeming out of the blue. Thankfully I submitted my final build just in the nick of time. My delivery date is still fluctuating between 7Oct and 14Oct though.

On TYD. The screen before it still shows (erroneously) that my vehicle is scheduled for production. TYD says that should actually happen July 8th, with a planned production start on Aug 26.

@Atipical - I've heard of some people's freezes moving forward suddenly and unexpectedly, so I don't think you're alone there.

Mine says the same. Scheduled for production but TYD says July 8th. Actual production start date of August 26th. All these dates were pushed back from prior dates…

I finally hit a milestone for the first time. My order is officially frozen. Last time it was about to freeze, TYD went down for 3 weeks and came back with everything pushed back; I was previously an August delivery.

So this looks promising. My delivery date is now in double digits, too. 99 days!


Spoke too soon, it just got pushed back 5 days. Then again, that too might only be temporary.
