Way too much NJ risk on one truck!Hm, mine is the same. I chose not to believe that all NJ Taycans are on the same truck though.
That’s because it‘s probably already there at your dealership. They just may not have checked it in yet. My TYD didn’t update to “Arrival at Your Authorized Porsche Dealer” until a day after it arrived and after they’ve already PDI’d it. You’ll probably get a call from your dealer tomorrow saying your car is there. My TYD didn’t update to at dealer, but the page before selecting the TYD says “we wish you happy miles” and is basically showing as if it’s there .
I believe there are truck loading areas (circled in red) as well as railway loading areas (circled in blue) to transport VW Group vehicles from the Sparrow’s Point facility to the dealerships. At least with the higher value Porsche vehicles, they often go on trucks directly to the dealerships. The ship is finally moored in Sparrow's Point! Question: Is this the are where cars are then sent to dealers, or does the ship have to leave this berth then make it Baltimore?
As I predicted! ?Guess what fellas, just got these from the dealer.
Big congrats, hope you have many new and happy miles on it soon! Still constantly checking TYD to see any news for mine.Guess what fellas, just got these from the dealer. Also, don’t worry I’m getting aftermarket rims haha
