If Porsche has a double bubble roof for the Turbo and Turbo S, I have one on my BMW M6 Competition and it looks great, hopefully Porsche will have those wide rear hips with wide tires like the Mission E for the Turbo versions as well. I still don't see it on the above picture but better then the mules. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

PAG_J1 is that possible? Thanks

My thoughts are, it’s likely they won’t be putting wider hips on (as others have commented)
BUT if the Taycan ends up with the E spoiler, the false panels come off and the roof tapers in substantially
The car is a serious width, with the roof coming in soo much the ‘hips will be and appear also substantial (and frickin awesome)

Yeah

Porsche's new teaser video suggests that the Mission E spoiler will make the final Taycan

PAG_J1 - when you way the rear spoiler was 'folded', do you mean 'in the retracted position'? If so, then we won't have the permanent spoiler shown on the mission E.
Yes, at least I didn't saw any permanent spoiler on it.

The overall body is the same for every model. Just minor things like carbon side skirts/aggressive diffusor etc. are different on the Turbo models.

This - literally below - is the Taycan's profile

And given how recently ago this video was released, I'm 100% sure that the design you see in the image below is finalised.

So where is the small break in the lights for the trunk opening?

I hope it hasn’t got a trunk
Make it look more coupe ish
But I guess the majority of those using the car as a family sedan will hope it has
It's not a family sedan, it's a coupe with rear doors. Whenever I hear 'family sedan" I always think of something like a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry, and I really hope that's not the demographic Porsche is targeting. I somehow doubt it is.

I too hope it hasn't got a trunk, and I wouldn't really expect it to if I was buying it.

@robox, you mean the part marked red?
It seems that it may be able to elevate and look more like the one on Mission E than on the mules we have seen.
Is the trunk lid wider as well?

Hey The Snape
Have a GOOD look at the photo of Mate Rimac and another dude on page 9 of Taycan Q&A
I think it’ll bring a big smile to your face
So the whole thing is a false panel, hiding the Mission E rear duct and spoiler?

Very good news indeed

Also check out the pic (of the production version) below - it's small and not good quality, but you can tell the rear has a certain definition to it - which just wouldn't be possible if the Taycan didn't have the Mission E spoiler
