Bought new car 1 September 2023 and have just learned that the Porsche experience is time limited! I’ve had health problems and now good to go but told it ran out in July. Anyone know about this??

It is time limited to 2 years from receipt of invite, which is usually at time of order.

That's unfortunate, but if you've had your car 12 months now, the half-day experience will be less beneficial, though still a memorable half-day. If you don't mind the £2-2.5k fee (or are brave enough to use your own car to more than halve the cost), I recommend instead booking the full-day "Precision" course, which includes some time pounding around Silverstone Circuit proper (at least the International Circuit portion, which includes the F1 pits, Abbey, the half-mile Hangar Straight and Stowe), helmeted, with a qualified racing instructor. Another consideration is that I guess they only run the refresh models by now.

I would challenge this robustly and have been previously within the 2 year mark and still have a couple in the bank or so I thought.

Porsche can't guarantee a slot within 12 months so another reason to shout if needed.

Policy may have changed but press on and then play rhe goodwill card if needed - you've paid for it indirectly and so remain entitled.

Sorry to hear that, W1NGE's advice is good, worst case then surely the'll give you a decent discount.

I'm on my third invite and not managed to get to one yet, this has reminded me to get booked!
