Metal roof Taycan's look way better than the horrible looking glass roof. Here in Ireland less than 5% of Taycan's sold have the metal roof. These are the best looking Taycan's and I'm responsible for a good chunk of that 5%

I agree. We ordered the metal roof on our GTS and are very happy with it. Drove a Taycan loaner with the glass roof and found it hot (we live in N.Texas)
Saw a TurboGT w/o Weissach pkg. in Monterey in August. Sure would like one but the price is a little high.

This thread demonstrates while certain people should not be allowed anywhere near Porsches. Buy a Lucid if you want an electric Buick. This car is a 7:08 Nürburgring electric car with 4 doors. Nobody but Porsche even comes close to this.

I love how it looks, the wing, no back seat, but I wish they had the comforts of a Taycan, like sound deadening, seat ventilation
It's not worth saving 75lbs to lose the creature confronts. That's where it doesn't make sense.

I'm keep asking myself what price would make me pull the trigger on it.

Not a fan of that due to no backseats. With that said a standard turbo GT I would be all over if it wasnt priced to the moon. Do wish you could get the spoiler on the base turbo GT.

Not that my opinion matters, but the Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach Package completely sucks. Saw it today at the dealership and…

- No rear seats on a 4 door car is lame. And that carbon in the back is so flimsy that you can’t put anything on it (ie suitcase).
- truck impractical with that hump and non fold.
- no leather on doors or dash.
- standard push charger flap feels cheap.
- door sills cheap plastic.
- no trunk close button.
- ugly purple. In person, this color sucks.
- no sunroof.
- no sport chrono?!?!
- charger port only on the right side.
- expensive as f-ck.

Someone doesn't understand the whole point of this car.
What other Porsche EV is there to demonstrate what an EV can do when performance is first and comfort is second?
And.....you can actually buy it!
Would I buy it for my family?
Hell no!
Do I like it?
Hell yeah!!

OK, I’m sober today… I get it now. I was confused last night.

I hope in the next version of this wicked machine they remove the following to make it even more awesome:

- carpeting and floor mats
- the passenger seat
- center display / infotainment
- speakers
- power windows
- center storage box
- locking doors
- matrix headlights (all those leds gotta weigh more than just one led bulb)
- all interior paneling
- rear steering

And some add cool looking 15” aero wheels that we all love. Like the Honda ones from years ago…

Oh well… just happy to have my back seats and other comforts so I can taxi the kids back and forth to school.

Just so it’s clear… I’m just not seeing the point in the Weissach Package… the standard GT is sweet.

I will start by saying that I have a ‘23 CT Turbo and I think it is a great car minus the non-sensical recalls/issues.

In the price range of a Taycan GT, I would get a Lucid Air Sapphire 9 out of 10 times.
