Pebbles and road debris under the hood

I found these under the cover when I removed it due to dead 12v battery the other day. They're on both sides of the car. It's 22 GTS with 21" wheels and electric charging door. I live in Northeast, had it for less than 2 years, and put on about 6,000 miles so far. I'm hoping this isn't a big deal since there aren't many moving parts under the hood as opposed to ICE cars. Anyone ever notice this before? Did they forget to plug some holes? TIA!

Very normal. Have had the same issues on mine, since new in March 2022.
I just remove the cover from time to time, and gently wash it away with a garden hose (not a pressure washer).

Very normal and especially when you have driven through heavy rain. Seems a design flaw that it can stay.
I have taken avaccum cleaner to clean all debris and as above, agaden hose ond rinsed of salt etc. I have not seen or observed tis on any of the other cars I have leased or owned before.

The tow truck driver thought it was mouse dropping? I'll ask my dealer to vacuum it since she's going in for 2 year service soon.

Dont encourage them - we will start seeing £100 for pebble removal on top of the £500 for drains checks, added to our service bills
