All black wheel centres and dust caps.

Didn’t spec the all black/ red/ gold crest wheel caps at £114 and now regret it. Anyone know what size caps I need or a part number? Or the price from the dealers for a set?

Grey and black ones currently.

Anyone found some aftermarket good quality versions?

Also fancy the dust caps but not paying £50 for 4 dust caps. Again anyone found some decent alternative?

Hi Nick. I think the black centre caps look amazing, suit your wheel a lot better than full colour. However a quick search on Ebay for "Porsche 911 wheel centre caps" should find you the colour ones you require. They are 76mm diameter on the 911, should be the same on the Taycan, you can always measure yours to check. Good luck and great looking car, congrats!

Thank you. Funny how we all see things slightly differently. I feel the splash of colour bring the wheels to life and the black/ grey currently a bit bland. Sad thing is if the ones I have currently were the option no doubt I’d want them!

Have searched eBay but wasn’t really sure. Will check again, and try dealer for a quote.

I have to agree the black/silver center caps look amazing, mainly because they are very classy and subtle and don't detract from the rest of the wheels/car. I'm a big fan of removing any 'add-ons' that pull the viewers eye away from the basic lines of the car. I'd keep them!!

Or you could get the fake Porsche caps for a quarter of the price.... Look up on Youtube, there is a video of a guy holding them side by side with the originals, I really could not tell the difference. They even have the same holes for removing the caps....

I would NOT get these. You can watch a 15 minute video of how Porsche makes these crests - they are really quite valued and high quality. It would be a shame to spoil such a beautiful car with cheap plastic imitations of the hallowed crest...

They are cheaper for a reason! I have tried something similar on my 996. After two seasons in the sun and with regular washing they are clouded over and look really bad. Depends on if you change them every year for new ones and only keep the car for three years then ok.

yes, I have considered the budget version. Found these on eBay

Interestingly the current ones don’t have the 2 holes to remove so it will be a wheels off job to swop I’d imagine.
Will email dealer to see cost of one then decide me thinks.

Any idea on the valve dust caps?
I lost one.
Googled it looking for them but it seems to be dependant on TPMS style or decorative sleeves?
I just thought a dust cap was just a cheap bit of screwed plastic (silver, in my case).
