How long did it take before they offered you that pls?
The refund for the option price took a few week. I wrote a letter of complaint to Porsche before they offered compensation but they paid out within about a month

Some fun facts. 22KW at 220-240 VAC is 80-90 AMPS. I know of no homes that can provide that kind of charging. 11KW is 40-45 AMPS, which is what most homes are set up to handle.

11KW isn't a big deal.
Most workplaces and local charging can and do supply 22kW as can homes with 3 phase.

It's not 90A single phase. 22kW is a three phase charger.

crossed communications

north american vs european and other regions

in north america there is no 22 kw AC charging - there is 19.2 kw with single phase 240 volts at 80 amps on a 100 amp breaker

3 phase AC EVSE is not a thing in the north american j-1772 charging standard or NACS connector - there are not enough physical electrical connectors in the physical plug for 3 phase AC power

any north american EVSE that works with 3 phase AC power would then be a CCS FastDc charger - and there are CCS EVSEs that consumers and businesses can buy that can use 3 phase AC power to provide 200-800 volt DC charging via CCS

3 phase AC power is not a thing except in industrial applications - but normal commercial businesses and residential do not typically have any 3 phase power options

Yes I realise.

That's why I made the clarification as I know 3 phase not really a thing in the US for charging.
