Hi everyone, am wondering if anyone has any advice. This evening I wanted to take on some charge at a BP Pulse station. My previous (and only) Ionity fast charge experience went well, but this not so. First, battery was 27 deg C on arrival with 40% SOC but the 150kw CCS charger was only delivering 58kw. About 10 mins in it started to rise to 71kw before erroring just after I got back in the car. After some faffing about during several restarts it became apparent that every time I got back in the drivers seat the Comfort Access powered up the ignition and the BP Pulse charger then errored. Because I had my daughter with me, the only solution (even with keys left in the car) was for me to sit in the back in order to keep it charging. Has anyone else come across this before? Am
I doing something wrong and can I isolated the auto ‘ignition’ if so? Sorry for dumb question but I don’t recall this problem when I used the Ionity network.
