Taycan Waiting Room: Who has ordered and a delivery date?

FWIW: Ordered a car 4/1. Built week of 4/26. Arrived at Florida dealer 5/26. Dealer advised estiamted time of 3 months.
People here with April orders (US) have seen delays into June for delivery so accuracy is not 100% and is just an estimate.

April order, Delivery first week of August. It was delayed a month, but before TYD was showing Delivery for August 27th, so the date changed. Lets hope that latest software update won't take 10 days once it is at dealership.

Finally got my TYD email. This is where my car is today. Supposedly completed production yesterday (day I received the welcome email). Getting ready for a train ride in 2 days.

Not sure how much to trust TYD.

According to the landing page, the current phase is "Your vehicle is now scheduled for production" as of 6/9. The previous phase -- order creation -- completed 6/7.

If I click on the "Track Your Dream" button, it says the current status is "Production Completed - CP 8.0." If I click on the dots for the various previous milestones, order created was 6/23, freeze was 6/17 (before order was created?), it was scheduled on 7/1, started production 7/8, and is estimated to complete production 7/16.

My order was actually created 6/4.

I hope the TYD screen is correct and the landing page is wrong.

So mine has the lock date prior to the order date. Everything else is in chronological order and in accordance with what the dealer advised prior to my TYD email. I believe the order create date changed in my case because I took over their allocation build on 6/25 (Sat) and they called Porsche and changed the order to my specs.

The initial time I opened the email it had delivery for 9/3 ( which the dealer had advised prior). Yet today, it’s showing 8/27. I think that is inaccurate as Jacksonville is a few hours drive from Tampa and doubt the car gets to the port and then to the dealer the same day. Hoping it’s here by the 9/3 date.

I guess the TYD screen is correct, because it's showing my car en route to Emden somewhere in the vicinity of Dusseldorf.

Hmm, satellite photos show there is a golf course near where my car is. Perhaps they are field-testing the number of golf bags they can fit in the trunk.

Auto received a track your dream email on Friday (July 16)
Says 57 days to freeze and 139 days to delivery
My build has a few items missing, texted my SA yesterday to ask him to edit for me

I already had setup a Porsche account to save configs so I didn't have to set up the track your dream account, the car popped in there automatically. However, it is a little erratic as sometimes it says the service is unavailable but with a bit of clicking around, it fires up.

Anxious to see if the delivery will be on time or delayed or if I get lucky and it expedites a little.

Curious - how long does it take for changes to appear in TYD after requesting it? I'm a bit anal and keep logging in to see if the config is correct but don't want to bug my SA too much. Not sure if it is his inaction or there is a batch process that only updates every so often.

I am unable to see my car in my TYD unless I access it from the original email invite. I think it has to do with the fact that I had an old Porsche ID Email and when I ordered the car I used a different on. I get that service unavailable anytime I open on my phone and close the phone and then go back in. I have to start all over logging in.

My TYD updated right on the dates as it predicted the Milestone to be completed.

Woohoo! my car entered production about a week earlier than what was originally reflected on the TYD site; estimated to enter production on 07/23 but, instead, got confirmation that production began on 07/17... I'm not ashamed to admit that I got a bit psyched thinking that my good fortune *might* result in an earlier than expected delivery date of 09/03.

Well...no such luck.... today, after 4 days of "in production' my delivery date has now slipped to 09/10.

Only in the Porsche bizzaro world does one week earlier in production equate to one week later in delivery.

mine just got to Emden on 7/20. Scheduled for 8/13 to be on vessel. No ship name though.

This is what mine shows. I saw the Siem Aristotle and looked it up and said it is a cargo ship. Per some online Marine app, it says the ship is in Emden, but going to Halifax.

Thanks for that report. I was trying to find the "track" of the ship. My car is going to Jacksonville. Where did you get that and is there a way to see the ships status when en route?

You used to be able to get it from www.pwl.de/en however they haven't uploaded the current schedule in weeks. I grabbed this one from someone that requested directly from pwl. You can track the ship on Marine Traffic when it's in port or near the coast. You have to pay to track it with satellite in open ocean but this isn't much help.
