You used to be able to get it from www.pwl.de/en however they haven't uploaded the current schedule in weeks. I grabbed this one from someone that requested directly from pwl. You can track the ship on Marine Traffic when it's in port or near the coast. You have to pay to track it with satellite in open ocean but this isn't much help.
So according to the report you have, the Siem Aristotle was supposed to be loaded 7/20/2021 (yesterday), but my TYD says my car is not being loaded until Friday, 7/23/2021.

How long does it take the ship to go from Emden to Halifax? My TYD shows my car not getting to Jacksonville, FL until 8/27/2021, but the report shows it there 8/7/2021.

I am wondering if the ship name is wrong on my TYD.

No, the ship on your TYD is correct. They do not note the ship's name on TYD until your car is assigned to it. The Siem Aristotle arrived at the port of Emden late yesterday. It will take a couple days to load and refuel, and with the weekend coming up it may not leave until early Monday or Tuesday (turnaround times are quite variable). From Emden to Halifax is about 12 days. I would expect your car to arrive at the JAX port about August 12th or so. From there, port processing and getting a truck assigned are also quite unpredictable.

Also, the "expected" dates in TYD are not accurate, and especially so during this part of the process - and their "expected" dates are always noted as Fridays. So they are at best approximations. For example, whey the assign an expected date for "on vessel" Porsche always uses a default of 3 weeks time at Emden before your car gets on a ship, which is generally a very conservative estimate. My Taycan is currently on the Bishu Highway, and was only at the port for 2 days before it was assigned to the ship.

Once the Siem Aristotle departs they will update your dates on TYD to be a bit more accurate, but again, they will still be estimates.

@DGT - Thanks for the great information. I found the ship AIS in port, but you definitely have more information. Where is Bishu Highway and when are you expected to get your car?

I took over a dealer allocation and was two weeks from my deposit to getting my TYD email. So by the time I got into TYD, my car was completed. So far their other dates were very accurate.

I just logged in it and the expected arrival date (which has always been the same) at the dealer changed from 8/27/2021 to 8/6/2021. That could be possible with the 12 days to get from Emden to Jax, but with stops, I think that is a bit ambitious. Wonder if TYD updated as the car was loaded?

Off topic question, are the cars driven on the ships or in containers?

Bishu Highway is about half way across the Atlantic right now. It is due into Baltimore on July 27th - first stop. My dates also changed as soon as the car was assigned to the ship and they had an estimated departure date from the port, so that's what it sounds like for you. Of course your August 6th date is a Friday, so again that is an estimate - and it seems too ambitious. The Siem Aristotle stops first in Halifax and then Davisville, RI before it goes to Jacksonville. A schedule is attached - and you'll see that if it left Emden yesterday it would be scheduled to arrive in JAX on August 7th. You can check on the ship at sites like Fleetmon.com and MarineTraffic.com - just search for Siem Aristotle and it will give you the current status. You can track it while it's in range of the land-based system. If you wanted to track it by satellite when it's out of range you can, but it costs a few bucks and is generally not worth it. TYD will show you on the map where the ship is (approximately...).

The cars are driven onto the ships and driven off. The ships are known as "Ro-Ro ships" - for roll on-roll off. You can Google it and find videos on YouTube, etc of examples. You can also see what it looks like on the MyPorsche site under the "discover current phase" tab.

thanks for supplying the schedule.
quick question, has the delays that people had previously at port (TPMS issue) cleared. According to the schedule and car being in production since Monday, I’m hopeful for mid august delivery.

I don't know for sure but it seems like the TPMS issue has not been discussed much lately on the Porsche forums (Rennlist). They are delivering 911s now without the electronically adjustable steering column - and will retrofit at the dealership when chips available. That's been getting discussion, but not TPMS. And I have not heard that they've been doing the same with steering columns on the Taycans.

Thanks again! Better information here than any dealer! LOL

So what is your predicted date of delivery? I am speculating that your car unloads in Baltimore and then trucked to Michigan?

Not the dealer I purchased from, but one I was speaking to when shopping said the same thing about the steering columns. Building with manual ones and then the dealer would refit when the chips were available.

The steering column seems much more of an issue than TPMS and more work to retrofit.

Yes, but they can still move cars through and sell them - guess the cost-benefit is worth it. Otherwise I guess the entire line would be shut down as the majority of 911s are being ordered with the 14/18 way seats and memory package.

And yes, Baltimore is port of entry for the mid-Atlantic and midwest. I had a Cayenne delivered recently and it arrived at the dealership less than a week after it landed in Baltimore, so am anticipating arrival at the dealership during the first week of August.

My car has been in production since Tuesday with an estimated delivery now pushed to 09/10. I'm in NY and my car will purportedly dock in Davisville, RI. An updated mid-August delivery would be great news and, of course, entirely welcome but I'm doubtful that will happen for me.

Your car could end up on the Goodwood, scheduled to leave Emden August 2/3 and arrival at Davisville on August 18th (see previous post). My Taycan arrived at Emden on July 8 and made it on the Bishu Highway that departed Emden on July 15. You'd be looking at similar timing. TYD is not necessarily accurate at this stage, and includes by default a 3 week wait at Emden. Timing of ships usually works out better than that.

Mine went into production Monday. I don’t see it being on the Aristotle bound to leave Friday. I think unless ours will be offloaded in Baltimore vs Davisville. We are probably should expect to hit the US on august 20 so delivery before September. I’m in NJ btw.

Thanks DGT (watched a You Tube on the RoRo and that is incredible how they pack the cars on the ship).

The Volkswagen updated ship departure dates matches my TYD exactly. Car to be "On Vessel" 7/23/2021 and the vessel is listed as the Siem Aristotle on TYD.

I wonder if TYD will update to show my car reaching Jacksonville on 8/7/2021 instead of 8/6/2021 (which is what TYD currently shows; as you said the typical Friday selected date).

TYD shows the car at Jacksonville 8/6/2021 and at my dealer the same day which is not going to happen.

@menzz - my TYD showed the car in production for 6 days (7/7-7/13), then showed it ready for transport to Emden which took two days. So my car has been in Emden since 7/15 and TYD says it is being loaded onto Siem Aristotle tomorrow (or rather the milestone will be completed as that is the day the ship leaves).

Hope that gives you some ideas regarding timing on your car.
