Some weird stuff going on to the TYD site for my car.

When I log into MyPorsche site on the iPhone I get a Production start date of Sept. 17.
Original freeze pt. was Sept. 3.

When I log into the site on my laptop there is no start date listed but that a Prod. Date is assigned - phase 3 says production will start “shortly”! Presumably not accurate.

This morning when I looked onto TYD the Freeze Point was Sept 3 - unchanged.
I logged back onto TYD this afternoon and the Freeze Point is now Oct 29!! Smells like a major delay prob. supply chain related?
I did receive a separate email prev. from Porsche saying my Freeze point was 'coming up' - but based on the original online date it was still a full month away!

Estimated Delivery to Dealer for both cases has not changed and is Nov 19 2021!

My SA will get back with me this wknd as off on vacation but I guess I don't trust a single date here - my main issue is ensuring my last build changes get loaded which has yet to be done.
My delivery date still shows a date that is prior to the ship arriving in the port. The other dates did update as the car moved through the process. I believe mine was all prior to the increasing chip issues and the plant shut down for the August holiday and model year change. All speculation on my part.

My experience has been that an edit to the “estimated delivery date” lags the other recently edited date(s) by about 24 hours.

Yep, I'm guessing this is likely for my situation and full expect my prod. date to slide - wait and see!

Another, 6th reschedule delivery date: end of August.
Reason: TPMS parts.

Factory is closed (August 09-23).

Yep - updated again this AM - my new delivery date now set to Jan 14 2022! Originally Nov 19 2021.

And just to keep you on your toes - Porsche overnight changes to the online configurator resulted in my saved build config getting altered without my input - actually increased the cost of my build!

They added RemoteParkAssist and removed the Tech Pkg. I had already discussed in a separate thread the observation that RPA had been added as std to the Premium Pkg for the Sedan but not for the CT. Fortunately I was able to reconfigure and get back to my original priced build removing RPA.

I do wonder though if more changes are afoot for the CT configurator!

Mine finished 7/14, and unfortunately it's still at Port Processing. Hopefully they just got more cars in RI than they did in Halifax and it's taking them longer to get through them. It's only been two days, so I don't want to assume missing parts yet.

The ship was definitely in RI longer than Halifax. I remember thinking how quick they were in an out of Halifax.
