Even though TYD was still saying as recently as noon that my car was still in Davisville, it did make it to the dealership sometime over the weekend. My first clue was getting an automated email this morning about linking the car to Porsche Connect. This afternoon I got a call from my salesman to arrange a time to head down there. So it should be sometime tomorrow.
Well that is great news to know that TYD is not updated right away. Congrats on getting your car. Post a pic.

In the same boat as you - was prepared to wait until 2022. Got an allocation with a late-Nov delivery date.

TYD is being very weird though. My order was placed on 08/09/2021 and the change freeze says it was reached on 07/22/2021. My dealer confirmed that the order is already frozen.

Did you take over a dealer allocation that they had built for the dealership? That was what I did and the initial order, freeze date, etc were not chronological.

Good question, I don't know for sure. They were actually going to take that allocation spot for one of their builds the following Monday if nobody got it. When he showed me the initial order and freeze dates on the computer it was showing a 9/1/2021 freeze date. My original delivery date was 11/25/2021 but moved up to 11/05/2021 once the order was confirmed.

I had gone over to look at a used 4S the dealer had. It was not really exactly what I wanted (did not like the wheels, wanted a different interior), but for the right price I could live with it. He would not break on the price (just saw they still have and its about $11k less on their website) and told him I was searching for an inventory car at dealers all over the US, but not finding what I wanted. Few days later he texted me that they had a car they built for their inventory based on what they think their customers wanted that was going to freeze the following week. If I wanted it I could have it and that is what I did. Totally changed it up. I was debating a couple things and tried to change a few days later and it was too late.

Looks that they are moving unfinished cars to dealers.
Mine is coming, but without TPMS, I can only wait to... unknown future.
Dealer doesn't have any information from the factory, when TPMS will be available.

Well, you can do that... TYD is not available in Europe, we have to rely on info from sales persons.

So.... in the past 24 hours I’ve seen my projected delivery date go from an already 4x delay to a date three weeks earlier.... from 10/23 to 10/01!... Woohoo! right? Not so fast .... this morning that 10/01 date has now slipped to 11/05....

My car is still stuck in production since 07/20

I thought I've seen EU residents post their progress thru TYD.
In Switzerland, we have "My Porsche" that shows progress. But it just shows when it's ready to enter production and when it finishes production. No "full TYD", but also, shipping the vehicle from factory to dealer is usually done within a few days

That makes sense, for us Americans, TYD is just another feature on our My Porsche app...

Thought I had read of someone on here whose car was missing the TPM getting delivered to the dealer and the dealer installed the TPM. Just gave my salesman the weekly text (as I said they are reactive not proactive) for an update and he said that he will not get an update from the port until the TPM has been installed. So sounds like mine just sitting in the FL sun in Jacksonville waiting on DHL delivery.

This lines up (kind of) with what my dealer said to me just now when I asked about delays. He said that some CTs aren't leaving Zuff and some are going from port to dealer WITHOUT TPMS.

Sedans are going to dealers where they're being told to swap the units off of lot units if available, and if not it's a stop-sale until they can get them in.

Does he know why CT’s aren’t leaving Zuff?
