I had mine replaced by Car Crafters of Albuquerque, and it was paid for by USAA insurance. Don't know how it was calibrated, but it was done correctly.

Car is driven in the Albuquerque metro area. Mostly flat or gentle ups and downs, Drive in range mode limited to 70mph.

I have the smaller battery and it is cold here in Albuquerque.

My 2021 4S starts with a range of 220 miles on a full charge. I drive in the Range mode and by the time I drive 125 miles, my remaining range is about 50 miles. Is anyone else experiencing such poor range? Range was starting at 270 on a full charge before a recent software update.
