Update with some screenshots not sure if they provide data needed. The screenshots are from a short drive near home with relatively slow speeds.
Also drove the car for a roadtrip 400km and it was flawless.
Starting to choke this up as a software glitch.

I was not driving the car when I collected data. I was parked but I had driven for ~40 min.
I'll double check again as I am away from the car now but yeah those values came in straight from CarScanner. I do not recall choosing a profile but maybe I did, so that might be an issue.
