I have a feeling it has to do with the transition from regen to standard braking, since sometimes I’ll notice a brake “slip”. If the brakes are legitimately not fully releasing from the car or the regen motor is still active, I guess it would make sense for there to be some resistance noise.
The second noise is definitely similar to the first, and does sound like it’s coming from the car (I tested it on asphalt, my concrete driveway, and a stone driveway with the same results).

Mine is almost smack dab in the middle and on the raised trim, so I got very lucky in that sense.
Tire shop patched it for $30, but they are a very reputable shop, so I trust the work.
Hopefully it lasts because these tires have another 20k miles in them!
I was able to get it patched at a tire shop locally . I’m just worried about the patch integrity. Luckily my tire puncture happened near home. I don’t want the patch to fail when I am on the highway or something.
