Correct. No innodrive and only I. Race tex. I almost options these but didn’t want the race Tex and actually wanted innodrive. Nothing new with the GTS. Race Tex is cool but I found in my current car that it wears quickly on the steering wheel vs, non hand/oily areas.

I think they are designed to emulate gear changes. So flipping the paddles increases or decreases the level of regen which simulates engine braking differences between gears in an geared car. The IONIQ5N started the trend AFAIK. BICBW
Not so (or yet). Taken from the Taycan GT:

That’s as I expected. Right paddle equates to changing down to overtake. Left paddle changes the level or recuperation aka engine braking similar to changing gears in a manual car.

i found a MY26 GTS with the peddles, very strange indeed that there is no innodrive... this car just has ACC.

it it's a second "config issue" after the massage seats only available in the 14 way seats and not the best seat option (18 way)
I find that 14-way is the best seat option for the Taycan. I always option 18-ways, but had to take the unbiased approach and went for the 14-way with massage a bonus. For Taycan, the fit is better for looks (since interior is narrow), function (deeper than normal bolstering) with extra bolstering of 18-way not necessary.

This whole paddle idea seems like a waste of time (or plastic). Just more buttons, made to look like something they are

I drove an horrible Audi eTron SUV once that had paddles to adjust regen. Completely pointless. I think they were just there because Soccer Mom expects to see them even though she has optioned the “electric engine” rather than the petrol one. The manual was similar: 100 pages in before it mentioned anything different from a petrol car. Just trying desperately to make ICE owners feel comfortable.

I have that option on my GTS. The right one is push to pass, which is better than the small button and I do use this one. The left paddle turns recuperation on or off (does not go to Auto, even if you hold it), I do not use this as I have mine on Auto all the time.
Not sure if they plan on doing a fake gear shift or if they took the paddles from an existing car (which is what I originally thought) as the left paddle has a minus and the right paddle has a plus, which clearly has noting to do with their real function today.
