Good luck with the sale. I posted my 2021 4S with a similar MSRP, but different options (less performance oriented), a few months ago in the DC area. Car includes full PPF, a third party extended warranty, and one owner 18K miles. Best offer was $55K. For now, I decided to keep the car while I decide on its replacement.
