Got my car back, this is what they found:

CLIENT STATES THAT AFTER THEIR HEATER WAS REPLACED, THEY NOW HEAR A FAINT WHISTLING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE WHEN DRIVING ANYWHERE BETWEEN 30-60MPH.

Front bumper position causing gap tolerances to be outside of specification creating whistling noise.

Test drove vehicle and verified clients concern with whistling noise coming from front of vehicle while driving.

Checking for bulletins, found SY 6412. Checked front windshield gap and found gap to be within specification of 3.8mm from windshield to roof. To locate source of noise and isolate body lines/gaps, applied masking tape to front windshield, roof glass and front hood. Driving vehicle between each section. Found noise corrected after masking tape was applied at the front of the hood to the front bumper. Checking WM, 6X00INA7 Gap dimension. Found front apron out of specification. Removed front apron and checked mounting surfaces. No signs of outside influence causing incorrect positioning. Reworked front apron and test drove vehicle. Whistling noise corrected.
