I have an appointment to get three recalls addressed next week, but the appointment doesn’t show up on my MY PORSCHE app. Porsche Customer Service seems clueless on this. My local Porsche service that’s going to do the work confirms that I have an appointment. Should not this show up on there?

I have been away from my 2023 Taycan for five weeks. Going back tomorrow. Never thought to put on trickle charger. If dead when I get there, what do you recommend? And, of course, what trickle charger should I get? Thanks in advance. Have learned my lesson!
