I have MY21 with 19.2kw onboard charger.
I tired the P&C yesterday at EA, it did not work.
Has anyone with MY21 without 19.2kw charger been able to sue P&C?
Ah, true.
Didn't realize the 15.3 kWh/100mileskm (@Jhenson29 : Thanks for correction) consumption. I am averaging around 40kWH/100 miles.
Different priorities for everyone. Thanks for pointing that out :)
1200 miles in 29 days.
Finding every reason to drive and the navigation automatically selects the store farther away from home (wink*)
Planning a long drive (1000+ miles) in May and (hopefully) go on track this summer (with supervision).
In short, definitely driving (as it is meant to be...
Sometimes in near future, I would definitely be interested in learning more. I have read your posts but having an experienced person accompany you would be very different.
Hopefully in near future !!
Wanted to know how much can I push my Taycan.
Please post photo's of Max G's so far from your Taycan experience.
Below is mine..hopefully, just getting warmed up !!
Pretty impressive. Below is the best I am getting with my TTS in California winter (~60F). Although, I have seen the # steadily increase in last few days as the mileage increase past 1.1k
PS: I'm not complaining at all as this is more than enough range for my everyday needs.
To summarize this thread:
-- Taycan: Amazing car (Haven't heard any complain about the actual vehicle in this thread)
-- "Free Charging Network" - EA: It Sucks!! both in availability (not as widespread as others) and consistency (Does not work first time-every time)
-- Charging speed (Taycan)...
I have a MY21 TTS.
For first time connection, I had to connect to physical cable to initiate the CarPlay, after that, wireless CarPlay works on my Taycan.
try that. As it might help get the appropriate permissions
I think (will confirm next weekend) he has Tesla Charger with 80 amp breaker to get 60a charge rate.
PS: Anything else I should record for data ?
Update: Just talked with my neighbor, and he made me a liar :) he has Tesla charger with 60 amp breaker (not 80amp as I initially believed). Not...
I have 19.2kw on my Taycan and have ordered the Teslatap mini 60A.
My neighbor has a Tesla charger at 60a which I can try next weekend (if I receive the Teslatap) and report the charge rate.
Not an optimal solution but what do you guys think of carrying a Teslatap in long trips.
For me, it seems like it would be the best backup plan.
PS: I have not done a long trip in Taycan (yet) but already ordered a Teslatap mini 60A as a backup.
