hi all. Is this much rust behind the wheel normal?

Is this normal behavior? I park my 2022 Taycan and Turn it off. Then I find a window that needs to be rolled up before getting out but the one touch roll up or down feature no longer works. i can still roll up and down the windows, but have to hold the button and the windows roll up and down...
