751 hp in "launch control", 617 in normal/continous operation, I believe?
And I do remember the full effect is only, like, 2 seconds..? Don't know where the 10 seconds come from - source pls?
Man this forum has... changed... a lot in the last year.
1) Sorry about your lemon, man. I truly am. Me, and most of my Taycan friends, are happy as can be. 2+ years now and almost 25,000 miles for me. I hope the situation gets solves professionally for you.
2) Apple takeover of P? Gtfoh -...
Put your car keys in your microwave. (It's a Farraday cage, making sure the microwaves doesn't excite the wrong atoms....)
Then as an addition if you leave just after eating your keys will be nice and warm.
Gents,
Know what really grinds my gears?!?! (sarcasm, yes. 1st world problem indeed)
Why, oh why, does the "Driving time" keep ticking when you're in Park mode?
(And therefore the "average speed" decreasing).
Is there a reason for this?
That was 2020.
It can be done by reputable detailers who knows what they are doing.
And can I say I agree? The plastic details on the Taycan does not do the car justice. I thought the original version was so so... then came CT (!!!!).... But have seen some nice cover ups which lasts, so go for it.
I'm intending to do this during the spring - I will let PC handle all of it so it will still be Porsche Approved. Will update when done! Would appreciate input from others who have done it.
Ladies and Gents,
Not too active here anymore, but I still feel like this is a "nice" forum.
Wish you all the best in 2022!
Mine is pushing 35,000km+ and loving it. Intend to keep her for 10+ years.
Fair enough. Your assumption then is that the cooling system is somewhat different between the 4S and the T+TS? I can live with that, and that could indeed be a limiting factor. My bet is, still, that it's not.
Can't wait to find out, whenever!
Bud, don't know if you're drunk or just trolling here, but I've never said or implied that.
Assuming you're not trolling, not drunk; I would assume the limit of LC power would have to to with durability and/or warranty.
Inverters and electrical motors are (mostly) air cooled. Meaning that is...
Yes.
I "missed out" on the same on my 1st Taycan. The manuals are ambigous to say the least.
To have ALK you need PID.
(By POD I assume you mean FOD - Function on Demand)
