I had the issue recently. Both doors locked closed. Went to PC. They could manually reset, and see that there is a sensor fault. Sensor not available in Germany. They have not disabled my AC charge port door and all working OK. No real issues, either.

I did the exact thing last week. Took 3-ish hours each time. PC provided a car for the duration. However even with a replaced module it's not working 100%, and they are still getting error code(s). So the matter is with Germany, again.

My workarounds: 1) Change source - go to radio, wait until sound, switch back to BT. Normally works. 2) Change output on phone - go from car to phone speaker, and then back. Normally works.
