Generally try not to use the Porsche navigation until I am within 50-100 miles of the next DC Fast Charging station for battery pre-conditioning only. I use Waze, Apple Maps, or Google Maps for most of the navigation because the Porsche navigation routes are ludicrous most of the time.

Could be the leather is delaminating from the backing. Just a guess as I have never seen the inside of the leather covers. Sorry to see this in your Taycan. Hope it is resolved smoothly soon.

The Taycan is pretty quiet without the thermal and noise insulated glass. If its really important to you, get it, though if there's another option you would get that is perhaps more important don't feel as though you missed-out on the insulated glass.
