IMO there is no real reason for the 19.2 kW chargers. As a current Tesla driver I switched from hardwired 48A to 32A via mobile connector and nema 14-50. My daily driving of ~50 miles takes 2.5 hours to recharge instead of 1.75. But it all happens when I’m asleep, have never noticed the...
im sure they exist! but i dont have them... would love some help from the forum. i think it would turn into more significant surgery to be replacing diffuser fascia too, and how far do you go until you get a clean split line? or do you just dremel a hole in you black plastic bits?!?
hi all - i visited my local dealer a few months back when they had a unicorn, i mean GTS ST on the floor. it only had the tow hook hatch on the rear right side, and the CT they had on the floor had hatches and pin/sleeve adapters for the bike rack. my SA did some research and concluded that...
a few follow ups to the comments:
1) i'm keeping the model 3 no matter what, and its value is likely more resilient than a taycan anyway. still worth ~80% of what it was 4 years ago
2) i loved the RWD taycan when i drove it for a couple days via porsche drive service. rented for 48 hours and...
one more nugget that popped up last night is the rumour that chalk is no longer available after this fall. maybe that helps the case? the chalk, big rims and black accents is a beautiful build.
i'm in a model 3 AWD right now with acceleration boost, so quicker than a 4S. i've test driven a 4S and was like, if im going to spend that kind of $$ it should be quicker, so have heart set on GTS. i rented a RWD last week for a couple days and while less zip off the line, i was impressed...
I could use some advice from the forum. I've had a deposit down for a GTS ST since january, signed contract at MSRP but no allocation, and who knows when i'll get one. my best guess is 12 months out but could be anywhere from 6-18 months. I also have a dealer build RWD at MSRP that arrives in...
i noticed two changes in config:
1) no mention of rear bike rack fitment option. this was confirmed by dealer when i saw their GTS ST on the floor. the CT has the adapters bolted on, but the diffuser on ST is more like the sedan and is thinner
2) option to add rear cargo net
