Spoke to the Hatfield Porsche Centre to get an update re parts arriving, still no ETA after two weeks, apparently a couple of heaters had arrived but were being fitted to Taycan’s that were recovered in the first week of January. Clearly supply issues… coupled with wholesale failure of the part...

Spoke to the Hatfield Porsche Centre, still no sign of the back order heaters and no known ETA…..

The principle at the dealership told me that they expect the first batch of heaters next week over from Germany, however, not sure on how many. Also there are few other Taycan’s ahead of mine that have the same issue and need repairing, so the timeline is fairly fluid….
