Innodrive is definitely not ready for prime time. Very disappointing since I was expecting something more like Tesla autopilot (but I still prefer my Taycan!)
Don't hold your breath. I got the same response and the they finally got back to me 7-10 days later and said to go to the dealer. They replace some PCM component. The app still shows "no connection to PCM" but I do have some use (like climate). I haven't tried music
I thought hotspot was not active in US, however when I asked my service person he confirmed that my car has hotspot and told me how to connect. Yep, it worked.
My surround view quit working briefly a few days ago. Of course I was in a ridiculously tight parking lot and trying to back around another car!. The screen didn't go blank, it just stayed on the map where I had it. Fortunately it has only done that once
Does anyone know if the larger sized cell phones fit in the onboard car charger? ( ie. will they still charge.) I'm due for a new phone and I'm considering going with the iPhone Pro Max.
So, what do you do when you have an issue and both Connect and the dealer are clueless? I've learned more here than anywhere. My Connect is completely disabled now and I don't have a lot of confidence that the dealer will be able to fix it next week (soonest appt!)
