Thanks! I've got all my windows (Inc front) treated with nano ceremic foil, which helps a lot. Still was wondering if it could be turned off all together, now I know ?
Sometimes when the temperature outside is like 18-21 degrees it's fine for me to cool the interior with fresh air without turning any compressor on. It's a black car with a glass roof, so it gets hotter then the outside temp real quick.
I always run the a/c in eco mode.
Somewhere in this 30 page long thread someone posted a screenshot of a dealer stating all the changes after the uPdate. It showed ALK would also be updated. Is there anyone that uses ALK and noticed some change in behaviour?
Was at the dealer the other day and they gave me a brand-new cayenne...
I always charge it to 85% the day before I have a long commute, normally it sits idal at 40%. I do drive it empty to around 5% some of the times though.
I'm not sure what is worse for the battery, running it a bit low or fully charging it...
It's my intention to run this car for about 10...
This year a lot of the 3G cellular antenna in my country will be turned off in favour of 5G/4G. Will this effect the cars (2021MY) ability to connect to Porsche's servers or is this done trough 4G?
I got 10% discount on the car and options. Bought it in Germany as in the Netherlands they we're not willing to go that far.
Bought the car in January of last year, got it delivered in June.
I used CARWOW (online platform) to buy the car. Got back prices from about 10 dealers ranging between...
To be honest I'm not experiencing any problems on my MY21 June delivered car. Only thing I notice is that it's way slower then for example in a polestar 2, which is running Google's OS for cars.
I was really hoping for Android auto to be updated to my Taycan.
I've got that tire as standard on my 20" wheels. Must say that I really like them!
On my RS5 I had normal P Zero's and wasn't likeing them in the rain, but these handle very nice in the rain. Also noise, efficiency and tyre wear is very good!
They might be less trackday focused but not sure...
I have purchased a FoD (ALK) and have been waiting for over a month to get it activated.... I have called Porsche connect a week ago and they say their on it.
I thought it would be something that gets activated right away, and you can use the day after you bought it. Apparently it is more...
I saw this yesterday and put it to its
lowest setting (3%) but it still made me stop at 10% while there where other chargers in the coming 20 miles or so. I think I will settle for turning the charging stops off and thinking a bit for myself. Maybe this is a useful aid in countries with a low...
I will try to add it as a stopover next time.
I think I've added it by zooming in to the charger I wanted to stop at and pressing it on the screen, telling it to direct me to that location.
So for example I set my destination to my home address and I should arrive with 5% battery left, it tells me to charge along the way. Should I set my home address as a charger (I think that's possible)?
Also set my destination to an ionity (should arrive with 7% ) then it says added a charging...
I don't have PIRM. This only happens if Im using my navigation.
So I don't want the Taycan to make alterations to my route. I think it should make suggestions and let me decide for myself.
I don't mind driving my car down to 2-5% battery. I know what I'm doing and pretty sure I can make it home (or to the next ionity).
My Taycan however keeps routing me to chargers I don't want to stop at, and to make thinks more enoying, when you pass one it keeps directing you back for a...
