I got the same email about an hour ago mate
they want me to collect before the end of July !
I've just confirmed I'll be in to collect on 1st September and asked them to wash the car with soap and water as I'm getting the car detailed myself
to be fair mate the whole process has been a pain in the arse and I think if we had know how bad it would have been we wouldn't have bothered ordering the car!
as I've said on this forum a few times if it it wasn't for the tax benefits I wouldn't have ordered the car in the first place
And I...
I love the Panamera ST, i wish that it worked out beneficial on BIK
do you have an ETA for yours
(only slagged it off above as Kevin had sold his dealership his Panamera Hybrid and i was hoping they would then lend him it back while he’s waiting)
My Turbo order was placed in January (I originally ordered a 4S in November but upgraded)
The car reached build freeze late April, Was built late May and left the factory mid June
It will be ready to collect next Tuesday but I’m leaving it till September as I don’t see the point in taking it...
My Turbo is ready to collect from next Tuesday but It’s going to be sitting at the dealership until September 1st when it’s registered
I’m in no rush to collect the car at all
i had an email this morning to say my car arrived at sheerness over the weekend, at least its now in the UK and hopefully ready to collect early september

on my quotes for example its over £3k cheaper to PCP for 5k pa and do 10K than it is to PCP for 10k pa
bt it depends on your excess mile rate when you ordered the car
dan
welcome pal
I’m by no means an accountant but I’ll give you my opinions
regards FYA my understanding is that that it can be done over 2 financial years, but you can also choose to just do it each year
Don’t forget at the end of the PCP if you hand it back you will in theory have to pay 19% of...
Hi Pal
can you please confirm if the OLEV grant was discounted off the invoice to the finance company?
as with everything else during this whole Taycan process I’m anticipating Porsche and the finance company saying it cant be done
ps
had an email from my dealership about 2hrs ago to say...
I had a 3yr plan
either lease or PCP then get another car at the end
But the PCP has so much interest that HP is poss a better way to go
Leasing a car with almost £20k in options seems criminal
Although it does work out a lot cheaper than PCP
