Yep -- That ship's ETA to San Diego is Thanksgiving Day 11/24 (vs what TYD's estimate is 12/02 which would of been normal had this vessel stopped in other ports). Its basically Emden direct to San Diego. So here's to hoping port workers are fully staffed Black Friday & there aren't any...

If you've been there since the 21st, there's high probability we're on the same boat to San Diego. Hopefully TYD updates within 24 hours for you.

TYD can still take 24-48 hours to update for some. I've been at Emden since Oct-7. Is your dealership in the Bay Area? If so, its interesting that TYD shows a San Diego entry? Anyway, Glovis Stella is approaching and that should be the direct to Benecia for the rest of the west coast folks...

San Diego bound on the NYK Schedule Grand Phoenix

Fingers crossed but not holding my breath. Grand Phoenix pulling into Emden now while that other boat thats cancelled for San Diego is circling around.

If we're going by the pwl.de posted Glovis & VW Export schedules, there are no US Westcoast bound vessels for October. The next one on their schedule for Emden on 11/2/2022 (Glovis Sigma) for Emden Nov 1, 2022 -- However, there are NYK RORO schedules that could come into play for US Westcoast...

The tires and wheels from a narrow body 991 will fit depending on which brakes you have and which wheels, however, the Carrera is a 4,000lb car, and the Taycan is upwards of 5100 - 6300lbs (CT) gross weight. A lot of owners maybe swapping wheels from other vehicles, but really not paying...
