A wall plug charger is more for a emergency charge or a hybrid car in my opinion. Just get a wall charger (tesla has very good ones and are not expensive). I live in a remote place with old cables and I get 230v 20 amp with that. Single phase is good enough unless you sleep less than 8 hours.
