Agreed, very much a 1st world problem and well aware of whats been going on with other cars. It’s jsut the comms or lack thereof which make it so much worst.

Just had a phone call, car is built and awaiting transport to Emden docks. Delivery date of 6th May at the dealer but likely to turn up slightly earlier!

Porsche have always been very good at keeping the the more expensive models in a lineup sought after by keeping supply low and keep used values up.

I put my deposit down early June 2021, same story, it is locked down but not yet commenced production. Now due Mid May.

Porsche are able to sell used cars including demonstrators over list, and do quite often. Should they sell a new showroom car over list.... I imagine Porsche UK would not be too happy!

My car entered the production line last week as per planned dated before the Ukraine crisis. Update today, completion date is pushed back 4 weeks from 18th March to 15th April.

I've gone with the "standard" black on my Turbo S with Crayon/Black interior. I thought the same, the polished plastic looked tacky and added another finish into the car. Car should have been completing build today (although I guess not) so once it is here I'll get some pictures!
