Exactly what I did...and also Admiral - £600-ish for my CT 4...then added my Cayman R on the multi-car for £120 for 9 months!! Premiums do seem to be softening...
I've had the same issues - replaced sensor a few weeks ago...but it's not solved the problem. It does still seem to be a combo of the app and the interior alarm...so I now don't use the app and turn off the interior sensor. Car is back with the dealer next week
I had my car in with the dealers this last week...alarm going off, triggering the tracker. Sensor replaced
First trip out in it, park up, alarm goes off...tracker triggered
Then, when back home, using the app, alarm goes off....
I've just had a 4 year quote for a CT 4S. List £88k and 10k miles pa - residual of £49k is 56%. Would equate to £66k for a Turbo on the same milage profile
Same here re the dog
I've been loaned an X3 hybrid thingy with a 2l diesel...I did joke with the service lady that were they trying to tempt me away from Porsche. I can safely say, it's not had that effect...quite the opposite
I've had a few alarm issues - setting off the tracker too. Once when driving and twice whilst using the app - just scrolling through.
Updated my app to the new My Porsche app but since had only one instance of using the app triggering the alarm (but not the tracker)
The car's been back to the...
I thought that Ionity and the dealers rate was 61p, unless you had the Porsche RFID charge card, in which it came in at 30pp unit - about 10ppm mile. I used Ionity in Maidstone yesterday, but haven't yet seen the charge come through to confirm this.
The Octopus tariff has a 5pp unit charge from...
I'm sure I'm not alone in checking the value of my car...I look at Porsche approved plus use WBAC.
Today, WBAC advised that the value of mine had gone up...it is now valued at higher than list....
I've had the alarm, and tracker, activated twice in two days. First time, I parked up, set alarm, walked away, alarm went off within seconds and Vodafone called me
Second time, tracker alarm was activated whilst I was driving...Vodaphone called me
I've got it booked in to look at but in the...
Did they give you any idea on part-ex value? I did a WBAC on my month-old 4 CT and, without even considering the options, came in at £5k under what I paid...
I also see CTs at above list on Porsche approved site
I have...in fact, the V5 has both the company name and my name on it. On my insurance, it states the keeper being different to the owner....and my insurance came in at £500
Today, I had my silverstone experience...I'm certainly no racing driver, nor will I ever be...but it was great fun....
...and my range is now up to 255...
