It’s my second favorite color behind mine: Frozen Blue. Two close friends are in the market for a Taycan, but both told me they couldn’t pull off Mamba Green. Their loss.

What is the maintenance/repair history? Have you had to replace the heater yet? Anything else needing work?

Get rid of Frozen Blue? Heresy!

At 20,000 miles, I’m still rolling on the Continentals that came with my ‘20 4S. I might have another 5-7k miles left on them, but am about to replace with a set of Michelin PS4. I’m hoping for better grip since those Contis rattled me a bit when driving in the wet.

Get the Frozen Blue. It’s gorgeous. In a nutshell, it’s a metallic version of Gulf Blue—a classic look on a futuristic car.

They won’t do Guards Red? Why not?

I had no issues for 14 months—and then I did, very recently.

In just the past two weeks, my charger—set at 38 amps—has stopped charging the car at about 50 percent. The cord and handle of the of the unit get very hot. Not great, Porsche.

There are general issues with that dealership, too.

Regarding air conditioning control: the easiest way to change it is to say, “Hey, Porsche…I’m cold.” Then the car turns up the air a bit. “I’m warm” cools it off a bit.

Not enough

My experience: I drive my 4S like a Porsche and just don’t care what kind of mileage I get per charge. If the right-side pedal stops giving me a thrill, then I’ll be worried.

This should be covered under warranty.

Just took my 2020 4S (7,000 miles on the odometer) into my favorite detailing shop. The owner said the car looked great, and that the PPF he installed last summer is holding up perfectly. Then he said he noticed an issue with the wheels. He pointed out some small specks that I had also noticed...

I’m 6’04” and 215 and the 14-way seats are fine. But that surround view is fantastic and the best way to back into a parking spot.

What?!

A year ago, my 4S was $130k and now it’s going for $135k with low mileage at dealerships.
