Same thing happened to me. I had the pack replaced mid summer of 2025. Took about 3 moths, and changed the entire pack... BTW If you look on the underside, the pack now looks beige so I think it's the composite pack from the J1.2, so I think I can confirm that they indeed do a full swap.

Update: Taycan went into service today and the seal was deemed a "cosmetic issue". I pointed out the fact that the 992 has the exact same issue, and yet there is a recall for it. My SA stated that It would have been covered under the new car warranty, but not CPO (none of this BS makes sense)...

Any updates on this nonsense? I live in San Diego, and actually got the ARB6 letter last October. Porsche SD said they had no remedy to it. Going to contact them on Monday, to see if there is any fix to it yet.

This is really strange… I’m having similar issues as well. But the only thing is that I am missing the “Charging Function” completely, no access to timers, and no info regarding the battery at all. This was all fine yesterday, but the issues with no timer controls via the app has been like...

So how were you able to up the charger back to 40A again? I have the Mobile Charge Connect Plus… which was working fine until it had to comply with the recall, and having the dealership manually set the max charge level at 100% now at 20A. This is weird, since my charger used to charge at 40A...
