I had this issue, the car LTE wasn’t connecting for some reason to Porsche servers. Resolved itself after about a week, I had wondered if Porsche did a weekend server reboot as it seemed to start working on the Monday.

Really enjoyed these videos Tom and watched them before buying 2023 4S myself.
