Interesting re the star paper story
I doubt the subject ever made headway
the nearest I got was Porsche uk offering me 500 quid in vouchers to spend on Porsche paraphernalia,
I declined because the car was still off the road awaiting diagnosis(around month 4)
Sadly, neither the Motor...
And its good to hear for balance that not all cars are born equal,
I should have seen the signs when the dealer rang up to inform me they had crashed my car after its first back to base for a faulty alarm system
Hi all,
After one of the worst car ownership experiences of my life, it's finally time to return my Taycan to VWFS — and honestly, I can’t say I’m sad about it.
The car has spent 8 of the last 13 months in the garage with fault after fault. Despite driving like Miss Daisy, I’m now looking at...

it’s a minefield(London’s literally hit and miss on the pot hole front - I’m especially careful to drive round, them on my 21’s)
If run low you risk bottoming out on speed bumps and if you run high and…..well you get the point.

39 fronts and 42 rear
slap bang in the middle

Pressure is as recommended by the manufacturer.
and it’s uneven wear across the tyres
it looks likely I ll have to book in and get Porsche to have a look.
I’ve had abysmal luck thus far.
My dealer crashed my first car when they were fixing an alarm fault on it….
Had to buy it back - then the...

Cross turismo 4s here.
I’m slightly at my wits end as 5 1/2months into ownership my fronts are completely shot
Front passenger in left side is balding on the outside with about 1 mil of tread on the first bar..
Pirelli elect on 21’s
Rears are looking almost new
Car is just over 5k miles...
