Agree with this. To answer OP's question, no, not a must, but very impactful and worthwhile option given the size of the car.

Neither the steering wheel shortcut button nor the Drive settings menu allowed a change while in Range. Tried both multiple times even after re-starting, etc. Could be a bug as it toggles normally in other modes. Curious if other ‘25 owners see the same.

Quick update: car just showed up in TYD for first time and is currently in the North Atlantic with estimated arrival at dealer on 6/26.

4S with estimate of 6/28.

Will be interesting to see if the GTS trim makes a reappearance coincident with a GT reveal. Pure speculation, but perhaps the reason for holding that back was to launch the “performance-oriented” variants in parallel.

I think the bright sunlight may be distorting the colors in that pic. Here’s a GT4 RS in my local dealership wearing Meissen. Looks quite nice/distinct and very different from outdoor pic above.

Allocations went live the day of the refresh reveal, though they seem to be limited. New models supposed to go into production April/May for June/July delivery, but I’m sure timelines will slip.
