Don't know. I didn't even get a chance to try that. Car has been at service dept. since 10/4. On date of delivery to me, the day we tried to set everything up, I was able to connect my phone to it and use Android Auto. It had the 4G symbol, but not remote access. Just the blinking red SOS light.
