We just got Tesla L2 wall chargers for all EV owners at our condo. They work great, but my 85% minimum is not being observed, and it charges up to 100% which I know isn't good for the battery. Is there some other setting I need to enable for this charge limit to be enforced?

Do your brake lights go on when Taycan is recuperative braking? Sometimes on auto braking can be fairly significant as you are approaching another car . . .which would seem to be a safety hazard if the brake lights didn't go on. But I am not sure if they do or not. Anybody know for sure?
Is it better for battery longevity to let charge level get down to 20% or so, and then charge up to 85% on Mobile Charger, or to just top off every night (ie from 60-70% to 85%)?
