Looking for reason why service at Porsche dealerships has been so bad for my Taycan. Simple recall and warranty fixes have taken way too long and communication has been poor.

My elderly neighbor has a 2020 4S. He hasn’t driven the car in months, maybe 16-18 months. And the car has mostly sat idle prior to that. Guessing driven only 1k miles over 3+ years.
I assume this is bad for a battery. Thoughts?
