Does anyone have any solid evidence that the automatic cabin air recirculation actually works? We had some miffy stretches en route today. Manual says the icon in the center console would turn blue when activated. Nothing. Outside temp was around 9C. The only way it seemed to work was manually.

Taycan newbie here. Am I missing a trick or is there nowhere across 3 large screens that the car will tell me the outside temperature? There isn't even a widget inside the "Information" screen of the 3rd tube. Can I add further "apps" to the car that will do that?
