So after a year of ownership of my Carrara White Taycan 4S+ saloon, I took delivery of my replacement Cross Turismo last Monday.
I ordered the car beginning of April off the back of a number of issues I had experienced with the original Taycan.
I deliberated over interior and exterior colours...
I am having major issues with the car steaming up inside, especially in the cold damp weather we are having art the minute here in the UK.
Basically no matter what setting the AC is on (even using the demist) the steam just won't clear
Today has been exceptionally bad for it and to be honest...
So after some horrible autumn weather since collection last week, it was due its first wash.. The Taycan doesnt wear brown mud very well.. Also fitted the private plate today also which just finishes it off nicely
So I am having charging issues... I had a type 2 charger installed at home last week. I plugged this into the car today and it wouldn't recognise the charger, the battery symbol on the centre screen just stayed grey and the light inside the charging port just flashed white and eventually turned...
My OPC has sent over some images of my car in the workshop currently being PDI'd. Collect at 5pm tomorrow and cannot wait.
I am pleased with how it looks from what I can tell in the photos :)
So when I test drove a Turbo from my OPC it did that auto tightening pulling you into the seat as you drove away. Just wondering is this a standard thing on the Taycan or is it an option. I have looked on the configurator and cant see any sort of active safety thing as an option? Thanks :like:
Does anyone know whether the UK cars come with wireless charging. I know the MY2021 comes wireless carplay but nothing clear about wireless charging.
If not, what cable is best for charging please and iPhone 11? Are the USB outlets USB C, so a standard I phone charger doesnt work?
Thanks
