I never had an issues, always charged at 40 Amps, then during the recall the dealership wanted the charger to update its firmware...ever since then no matter how many times I set it to 40, it always defaults back to 20amp after it sleeps....this has resulted in it not meeting its target charge...

Has anyone experienced this? I have an appt schedule with the service dept, it only occurs when the AC is on as the video illustrates 2k miles on a 2021 4S....just got it back from the dealership yesterday for 1) XM Radio Broken 2) Interior Alarm going off for no reason....and now this.
