MyPorsche app and online account auhtorized my 3rd year of charging. However the EA charger declned payment. My EA station in Pacfic Grove ,CA was out of service at that time due to the instlllation of 4 new 350K chargers..The EA agents would some times authorize the charging after a long phone...
