Thanks for the suggestions... I checked the app and it did show uber slow charging rate so I checked the Chargepoint app and saw that the charge limiter was stuck at a default 16A... I have to call CP support and request them to reset my account and then set the charge limiter to 48A.

60A breaker. Chargepoint app settings has it as 60A breaker. This is my first EVSE but even my electrician said this seems really slow.
