As well as automatic map updates I can still trigger preheating and cooling from the MyPorsche app without a Porsche Connect subscription.
Maybe because my car is so old?
This would be disappointing. I was attracted to the Taycan for its unique and novel architecture. Such a shame Porsche’s engineering efforts went largely unrewarded:confused:

You should first put the car in “Jack Mode” via the PCM I believe. This will stop the air suspension trying to level the car while you’re working on it.
Unbelievably, remote charging from the Porsche app still works on my 2020 Taycan a year after I cancelled my Connect Services subscription 🤷♂️
