    We did Palm Springs (not Desert) route twice in the past year. I recommend using Harris Ranch (Electrify America) and EVgo In-N-Out Valencia. There is also another large EVgo installation in Palm Springs. And, I agree ABRP is a must to have.

    You need to chat with the support and they will adjust the charger setting remotely. There is no control knobs in the app as far as I know.

    Good news! Emproria customer support (using their live chat option in the app) fixed the issue via "disabling the retry charge option" remotely and now the charger seems to stays in "Offering Charge" state instead of going in to that death spiral.
